I am an accredited practising dietitian based in Brisbane. I am passionate about dietetics and help guide people to improved health through better nutrition. My experience and knowledge about how diet can effectively manage debilitating gastroenterology symptoms is the focus of my clinic. I also love coaching people through their weight loss journey ‘nobody is perfect’.

Helping people make positive changes in their lives through a healthy relationship with food is so rewarding.


I would describe myself as a ‘feel good foodie’ – because I reject that health is about rigid regimes, rabbit food or deprivation. These themes are dependent on 24/7 handbrakes and lead many to a feeling of failure. I LOVE food; I don’t go a day without eating real food, moving my body and appreciating the days offerings.

Nothing feels better than the energy and confidence of great health.

I want to live in a world everyone grows something edible in their garden and learns how to cook with it.

I’m an Australian trained, accredited practising dietitian. I have worked in regional and major metropolitan hospitals consulting individuals and driving innovation in workforce configuration and service delivery. I am committed to achieving efficiencies and providing the very best, outcomes focused care for all patients.

My enthusiasm for health is contagious – I have been invited to speak at conferences, coach organisations and consult to industry and individuals to reform the health behaviours of Australians.

When I’m not crusading for utopia or motivating people to head in that general direction, you can find me inventing new meal creations, riding my bike or chasing my 3 children around a park.

I am a keen cook with a flair for invention. Who knows – someday I might write a cookbook, but for now I’d love to share my creations with you.
